Directions:
Do a mapquest and then follow these local directions
From 23 go to Oak Ridge Rd, make first left onto Cozy Lake Rd, go over RR tracks, through woods and when you to the fire house on right, make a left onto Notch Rd. It is the first leftonce on Cozy Lake. When you get to 54, go all the way down the driveway and park. The back entrance is Avalon, the healing center where the workshops and healing appointments are held..
From Route 15, go to Berkshire Valley road, drive a while and when you pass Casa Bianca on your right( a banquet hall) go 1.5 miles and make a right onto cozy lake rd. go a bit, pass a farm on right, look for pond and fire house on left and make a right onto Notch. Follow above directions.
