If saying “no” is a challenge, conflicts give you the hives and moving forward with your dreams is like swimming through honey, this is the place for you! Some of the gifts your warrior brings into your life are the ability to set boundaries and step into your power. Knowing what you want is the first step to actually getting it. It is the warrior energy that helps you achieve your goals.
This class introduces you to the concept of the shadow and the warrior archetype. It will include sacred circle shares, exercises, and warrior processes. The opportunity here is to experience the energy of the warrior.
Come explore what your inner warrior can do for you! Meet the part of you that takes a stand and gets you what you want. Come honor your warrior and maybe even meet your shadow!

Red Tent Temple March 25th
RED TENT TEMPLE DETAILS! You are welcome to come as you are in all your glory and all your imperfections. If you are feeling great, join us. If you are feeling under the weather, join us. Let’s embrace it all together as we sip nurturing teas and share the day together.
We all have our unique stories, our challenges and triumphs in life. This is a safe container to bring it all. Enjoy this day of sharing space with others walking this walk as a woman on this planet.
For Sunday temples: the space opens at 1:00. This begins the flowy time to play music, tell stories, get massage, journal or do whatever feels right to you. We will have so much fun! What might you want to do during this time? Let your imagination fly. Anything you want to offer is welcome here whether it be massage, healing, dance, a song. We ALL have something to offer. Smiles and big hearts are the best gifts
At 3:30 we will gather in a traditional sacred circle.
For Friday Temples: the space opens at 7PM see above information about temple time.
If you feel emotions coming up, let them come. Let them flow. This space is not about holding it back. If you need support, ask. There will be women here that are holding the space for you to feel. We are here to support you. Laughter is sure to follow soon there after.
This is communal space. Let us all co-create it. Have a decoration you would like to share? Bring it.
If you want to come early to help out, I am having women arrive around 11:30. Let me know.
What to bring if you would like:
A mug for tea
A healthy finger snack to offer to the snack table
Promotional information about yourself or others
Poems, songs, cds, stories to share etc.( I have an ipod boom if needed)
Musical instruments such as drums
Journals
Books to share
Cozy slippers
There is a $5 donation requested for expenses
What not to bring:
Men! Not that there is anything wrong with them but this is for us women!
Children (sorry gals, this event can’t really have children unless they are nursing and are not walking yet)
Judgemental minds- this is a welcoming, supportive, fun environment. Let’s keep our hearts open and do the best we can to support each other. We all have different paths that we have chosen. What we have in common is our womanhood. Let us celebrate it together.
If you can, wear something red.
Dress comfortably.
And warmly if you wanna be outside near the fire
Lastly, if you are coming, let me know. I need to get an approximate head count so I know how much tea to make and how to set up the space.
Come at 12 to help decorate. it's fun!!!!
Being held at:
Junie Moon's at 54 Notch Rd., Oak Ridge, NJ.
